We tried resolving it and did multiple things on the user profile page. However that didnt work.
There seems to be a glitch in the system.
If I want to rename an item and I click on the menu section on the right of the screen in item master- the rename feature still does not work.
However on the left of the item master screen, if I click on the item description and then rename the item it works.
