1 I have updated my local erpnext setup, and got following error on terminal:

patches.march_2013.p08_create_aii_accounts: failed: STOPPED
2 I have run command apachectl graceful on terminal and logged into the application
3 It displayed toolbar only, but there were no modules displayed on the app page.
4 Then i checked javascript console , it display me an error
“Unexpected value xMidyMid meet parsing preserveAspectRatio attribute.”
Please provide me solution for this issue.
