We are having an issue with receiving an unknown auto email report. We had a report in the Sales Order area, with a setup for auto-email. For a month we received two copies of the report; both had different conditions for the data criteria. In an attempt to resolve, we deleted the auto-email document, deleted the report, then re-created the report.
Before, we were receiving a correct and an incorrect report. Now, before we set up the new auto email, we are still receiving the incorrect report. Even under Admin account, there is no auto-email or report with the conditions of the incorrect report.
Is there any way to stop this auto-email from sending? We do have server access to edit files, but nothing in the ERPN interface is showing this report and the auto-email config.
