Hi Guys,

Can I have a notification email sent based on a pre configured event. For example, I will like to know

1. When an account has exceeded its days of credit , 30 days, 60 days, 90 days
2. When an attempt is being made to create a sales invoice or delivery note for an account has reached its credit limit
3. When Sales Invoices are created for particular accounts
4. When a new lead or customer is created.

5 When New communication happens for all Leads or customers or select leads or customers.

etc

The objective is that I dont need to go into the ERP fishing for information but rather have specific and relevant info pushed to me.

Hope we can make this happen

Rgds

It is a very nice idea which we all need.

Strongly reqd feature. I believe we have a lot of data in this system but we are unable to use data very well.

Allowing events on certain rules would be amazing.

Hi all,

I can assure you this will not be a complaint in the coming few days. We are building something to fix this!

Dimeji,

As you know we are still strapped for resources... There is limited band-width we have for new features - Our energy is now focussed on releasing version 4 - that will make it very easy to make extensions (like this) - then partners might be very interested too.

We did mull a "premium plan" for feature development but seems there were not enough takers..

I am really not sure what is the best way to release all the pent-up demand for features.

Let us discuss further on the forum.

best,
Rushabh
