Rate of interest in the loan type of loan management

Dear Team,
Want to thank you once again for constant improvement to ERPNEXT.
I observed that the rate of interest in the proposed loan management in v8 is made mandatory.It should not be made mandatory because some organisations do not charge interest for the Loan.Making it mandatory will make this much desired improvement unusable by many organisations

In that case you can set ROI as 0.

Good.Can we do the same for fixed asset type that has no rate of depreciation like Land
