Is there Any Feature of adding Radio Button Field in Doctype

What it the difference between select list and radio button ? (except visually)
The goal is the same only one value possible for a field ?

There is no option for the radio button but yes u can use “select” instead way.
In field type enter “select”

In the option add the list of the drop-down.
