Quotation : Calculation in ITEM row description

On Quotation, in the description of the ITEM row, I would like to add a calculation of the type NET_AMOUNT * 40%.
Is it possible?

What about adding custom fields for Supply and Workforce and pointing to the fields like:

Supply: {{ point to custom field here }}
Workforce: {{ point to custom field here }}

Just occured to me. I haven’t tried it though.
