I have two questions which need your help me to figure out at below:
- Please refer to the screenshot: Here are two rows. One is Meeting, the other is Phone. Does anyone know how to add values into these fields and where is the module?
- If I check the report on CRM→Lead Owner Efficiency module. Here have a column whose name is “Lead Count”. Does anyone know how to view the details of each cell in this column?
