[Question] how to export custom doctype

can you please point me to the best procedure to export custom doctype to another ERPNext server to avoid re-creating that doctyp again manually.

You can export customization like custom fields, permission via fixtures.

If you are using develop branch, you can export fixtures via Customize form

put the custom doctype under your custom app…then you can just install it on another installation
