Python Library for Cost Allocation

I’m working on a Frappe App where I need cost allocation functionality. Basically, I need to be able to define an allocation rule where costs are moved from a group of senders to a group of receivers based on what is described in the allocation rule. Would appreciate any pointers.

@Chude_Osiegbu such a feature is not available out of the box.

I actually meant to ask if anyone knows of any python libraries out there that do something like what is described. I want to work on it myself but would prefer to rely on any prior work already existing out there.
