pymysql.err.ProgrammingError: ('DocType', 'Website Route Redirect')

I have tried to upgrade from my current ERPNext:

ERPNext: v12.x.x-develop () (develop)
Frappe Framework: v11.0.3-beta.22 () (develop)
Ubuntu 18.04

1. New Installation and Restore Database:
I can successfully install a fresh ERPNext and done initial setup, then I have tried to restore my DB to new installation. However there is the Problem with Website Route Redirect

2. For upgrading from current installation:
I have tried many solutions that suggest in our forum

V11 to v12 upgrade

Its okay now. v11 upgraded to v12 Switched to develop version by doing the following upgrade ubuntu packages apt-get upgrade cd /home/frappe/.bench/ git fetch git pull cd /home/frappe/frappe-bench/apps/frappe git add --all git reset --hard cd /home/frappe/frappe-bench/apps/erpnext git add --all git reset --hard cd /home/frappe/frappe-bench bench switch-to-branch develop --upgrade bench update --patch

Upgrade from v10.1.75 (master) to v12

Hello, did not get lucky to upgrade ERPNext to v11 or higher, any tip will help Thanks, [Selection_349]

Unable to restore backup

After restoring backup, run bench --site your_site_name migrate

But no luck. And at the end, it showed the same problem pymysql.err.ProgrammingError: (‘DocType’, ‘Website Route Redirect’)

Can any one help me to resolve the problem with (‘DocType’, ‘Website Route Redirect’)?
