Purchase Receipt with $0 amount - To Bill

Hi all,

I’m having a problem making a Purchase Receipt status go from To Bill to Completed for $0 amount.

If I create a Purchase Receipt with $0 amount for each item, the Purchase Receipt stays as To Bill even if I create an Invoice for it. Although, when I create the same Purchase Receipt with $1 amount for items, it moves from To Bill to Completed after an invoice has been created.

Could anyone assist in getting Purchase Receipts to Completed for $0 amount? Or am I missing something?

Currently it is an issue with zero amount. please raise an github issue for this.
