Purchase order serial customization

Hello,

Can anyone help me to customize purchase order serial number customization to be as follows:

First letter of the company name , date , time , first letter of the vendor first name & first letter of the vendor last name.

example : if the company name is “Sameh” & we need to issue a P.O now & vendor name is Tom Hanx

so the P.O # will be S,190117,17.01, TH
