Purchase order - Rounding off

PFA the screen shot. The grand total is rounded but the field rounding adjustment field is not displaying the difference in amount.
Please advise

Please outline what post pointers or experiments you have tried with actual and expected results.

And also what version you are running and whether you are self hosted.
