Purchase invoice accounting dimension

I am using ErpNext V12.

I have a question that when I create new entry in Purchase Invoice document why does it is not showing “Accounting Dimension” section which includes ‘project’ and ‘cost center’ fields by default?

In database tabPurchase Invoice table when I see it shows the project field. I want to use this field on document and further see it in GL Entry report.

So, is there any settings to do?

Try to check it in custom field list and search for purchase invoice-project

you will find the accounting dimension in the child-table of purchase invoice (items)

Yes… but value of project field get stored only in case of P&L type account and not balance sheet type of account. Any solution for the same?
