We have created new Doctype called Employee Feedback to collect the feedback and suggestion from the Employee and his Team leader. It is not the appraisal form, it is sort of a feedback survey, something which is trending these days.
Any suggestions are welcome so that we can make it generic and make a PR to ERPNext.
I see that both Employee feedback about the work at the company & team leader feedback about employee is captured on the same form.
I assume these sections would be filled by different people ( Team Leader & Employee ), so maybe access to these sections or preventing edit by one and another maybe little complex? or maybe you already have thought about it.
