I think it, this is making work a lot complex. any project or task created by any project user is editable and removable by any other project user…
must be some restrictions on like
creator and super user only can delete project
project manager can create task
project user can only edit status/work progress
and then each task goes from new work flow …

I have tried and got a bit success also… but it is not so fluent, it needs a good written documentation… what is levels and how to utilize them.

The only things to understand and implement in company using erpnext are
workflow designed as per our company (like it should be in any IT firm with approx 30+ staff, well verification by head, then management and then client …etc …),
permission management for staff and
a bit better communication system (add communication from first support email, search customer/suppliers/leads all before adding a new lead from support email)
etc.
working on it … but a good case study explained is required …
