Production System Down

Please help!!! My production system is down from trying to do an update and than some fixes from some errors I got. I was told to do something to the database which did delete some records. I unfortuantely don’t have a backup of the database. I do have a backup from erpnext. I don’t know if that’s the same. Is there a way to restore?

a little frustrating that every time I’ve left my production environment as is, and come back to do an update, I get errors. Searching for solutions always get responses as though everyone is a developer as opposed to a user. This makes me want to look for a different solution. Anyways. Hi @Nathan,
Thats something we missed in the recent patch, will push the fix to hotfix, post you once its merged. You can use the backup from ERPNext itself to restore your production system.
