Problems when I use make payment button

Hello,

Sometimes, I can not save my sales invoice when I using make payment button I receipt the next error:

Paid amount + Write Off Amount) can not be greater than Grand Total"

When I check Write Off Amount field is in zero and Write Off Outstanding Amount is not checked, then i do not have idea what is the cause of this error. anyone knows what could be the cause?

Hi,
-Please check your Amount i.e “Grand Total” is same as in “Paid Amount” field
“Paid Amount” can not be greater than “Grand Total” of invoice.
-if Grand Total is =320 Rs and in Paid Amount = 321 ,by having Write Off Amount =zero
that time this error occur.
