Problem with Multi-Company User Permission

I have a multicompany setup and Management is their parent company

Then i tried setting up a user permission

But whenever the user goes to company it show nothing

It seems that it restrict multiple values but every company had a parent Company Management

Go to Company List > Customize Form or Edit Doctype then Check the “Ignore User Permission” on Parent Field and Existing Company Field.
