Problem after updating to 8.10.0

After updating to version 8.10 on my VM, I logged in and all I can see is a large ERPNext logo and nothing else. Anyone else facing this issue.

Press F12 when you’re at error page.

Also from frappe-bench run

bench build
bench --site site-name clear-cache
bench --site site-name clear-website-cache
