Print item name in erpnext standard forms

We are pretty satisfied with mordern standard forms but wany minimal modifications like printing item name in Item table by default. I know that Standard forms are not editable but is there a way to fork standard forms so that we could do those minor modifications. You can use print format builder.

no we are on v4 as of now. but i just checked out Print Format Builder in v5. Thanks
