Print format PDF issue on ERPNext: v9.2.22

I am facing print format PDF issue in ERPNext version 9.2.22.
When I make PDF of any document using standard print format it’s not working.
I found two issues.

  1. Letter head image is not displaying on creating PDF.
  2. Instead of displaying two columns in single row, second column takes next row.

as you can see above image address and contact should be in same row of customer details but this column going to next row.

I had the same problem. Solved by adding site_config.json file

“host_name”: “IP_address_of_the_server:site_port_number”
