Pricing Rule in POS

Hi all,

I have set up a pricing rule for bulk buys (i.e. more than 6-11 items) to Item X. When I go into POS and add the item X to the order, I do not get the discounted price for buying 7 items.

Do you know why this is happening?

Are you using online and offline PoS?

If offline did you reload your PoS page ?

Can you send an image of the pricing rule you sent?

You are correct. When I went to online mode it was resolved
