Pricing Rule for "Bundled" Products

Is it possible to create a price rule for sales that include one or more pre-defined products on the same quote/invoice?

For example, a T-Shirt is $20 if you buy it by itself, but the T-Shirt is only $10 if you buy a pair of pants on the same quote/invoice/order.
