When we create a direct sales invoice the price cannot be changed
So I create a new direct sales invoice, add a product and it picks up the selling price list.
If I now click to change the price
Then save it reverts to the price list
Any ideas what I am missing here? how to make the typed in price stay?

Which version of ERPNext and Frappe are you using? Is there any error on browser console?

I am using a backup on Virtual Machine to test some new systems as I did not want to make actual transactions on the live system (Erpnext cloud)
However jsut checked and it looks to be OK on the Live system.
Incidentally, is there a way to make this update stock automatic
