POs can't save nor submit after update to v11 staging

I updated from v10.1.64 to v11.0.3-beta15 by doing in the following:
bench switch-to-branch staging frappe
bench switch-to-branch staging erpnext
bench setup requirements
bench migrate
bench restart

After I create and save a PO and add a second item, click Save button, it will not save and remains in the “Not Saved” state. No error is displayed.
When I open a PO that was not submitted and click submit it also does not transition to “To Receive and Bill” state and remains in the Draft state.

Most likely your schema is not migrated. Please run bench update again and report any problems you have in migration.
