Pos awesome batch problem

Hello I have a problem with batch number the pos give me message that no quantity even I have quantity in stock please any one know how to solve ?

Hi.
Are you using expiration date for the batches or Life in Days on items cause expired items are showed as in stock but the POS prevent to be selled.

I use expiry date but the item is not an expired item …

Did you ever solve this problem?
I seem to be facing the exact issue when upon scanning an item, the pos brings an error that the existing batch does not have enough quantities.
Would appreciate your guidance.

I also facing this problem and i can’t figure it out what is the exactly problem and how to solve this issue. The batch number is not expired.
