Port number showing needed or not?

I have two live ERPNext server. One of them showing port number and another is not. Images are below:

Is the port number not showing, give me any issue in future? and is the ssl(https) needed?

first site is running on port 80, which is the default port, so its not showing up. second one is running on a non-standard port, so its showing in url.
to use ssl, you will need a domain name assigned to site and dns based multi tenancy enabled, which will also hide the ip address and ports
