Port based multi-tenancy Issue

I have an issue in my erpnext, I have 2 sites,

  1. in the port 80
  2. in the port 82

for some reason, the site from the port 80 is getting down, and the one in the port 82 is ok. How can I check the logs and see what’s happening?.
