Hi, I have a child BOM’s operating cost is $1.46, and it’s subsequence child BOM does not populate previous operating cost even though the first child BOM is submitted. This does not accurately represent all costs occurred. Do all BOMs need to be submitted for the operating costs to populate?
Yes, Once the BOM is submitted, the cost is updated according to the valuation selected for the BOM. Please refer the link below for BOM valuation

Thank you for the reply @ArundhatiS . I understand the item cost is updated through the valuation for the BOM. However, the Operating Cost listed in the Costing section of the BOM does not populate child BOM’s operating cost.
