Hello,

Question, how can i perform physical count or cycle count with batch number in ERPNext?

Hello,

You can check Batch-wise Balance History for the system balance. Based on physical stock take, if you find any discrepancy, then you should adjust it by creating Stock Entry. To add the missing items, create Stock Entry of Type Material Receipt. If you want to reduce qty, then create Stock Entry of type Material Issue for that Batch.
