Permissions for Support Priority

User ***** does not have doctype access via role permission for document Support Settings

any idea how to circumvent this, I want our organisation support team full access to the support ecosystems

Hi,

Go to Role Permissions Manager, select doctype as ā€œSupport Settingsā€. By default, the system manager has access to this doctype. To give access to users having other roles, click on add a new rule and give permission to the Support team (role).
