I am looking into implemention of Payroll module of ERPNext in our organisation. In our organisation we give incentives to employees based on various unmeasurable factors.
What I found so far is that incentives can be paid to Sales People based on Sales Transactions.
I am looking for a way to record incentives for non-sales people who do not any connection with sales turnovers.
Is there any way to record arbitrary Incentive Amount while making Salary Slips? It should be part of Salary Calculation and be visible in Salary Slip also.
