Payment gateway how to skip?

i have question where i am stuck it will really help if you solve this,

how to craete payment request without payment gateway in erpnext???

Simple answer You can’t. Payment request is for payment through a payment gateway only. Send statement of account or invoice for payment request.

SO there’s no way we can complete a end to end website i.e placing orders in ERPNext without Payment Gateway ?
