I see there’s a customer portal for patients to visit and check their appointments.
Also, there’s a button to create new appointments.
But on clicking the new button, a blank form is available, where no details of the healthcare practitioners or times slots are available.
How can patients schedule appointments from website? while checking the slot availabilities.
