Partial work order completion

Hello All,

Is it possible to complete the Work order partially and do a material return.For example work order is for of quantity of 10 and need to stop at 8. The raw materials left should be returned.

If you mean is there a way to automatically trigger the material return, then the answer is currently… no.

Hi @Sakkeer_Hussain_Abdu

You need to stop the work order(see below image) and then manually make the stock entry with type as “Material Transfer” to do material return. Also we are interesting to add this feature in the core, so user will get button to make material return against the stopped Work Order.
