Parent Label and Label on Website settings not showing drop down menu

I have noticed that on the website settings under “Top Bar”, ones you create a couple of labels, it is expected that under the parent label we should have a drop down where one can select which label to chose as a parent label. Currently this is not happening.

I am using frappe cloud
ERPNext: v13.0.0-beta.4 (HEAD)
Frappe Framework: v13.0.0-beta.5 (HEAD)

Keep the URL field empty:

This is a bug in the reported version. It’s working fine on develop branch. May get fixed with next release.

I can consider this is a recording of a problem
And when will the new release be?
