I have this scenario ,in GCC most employees getting paid flight tickets each year (0.5 ticket , 1 ticket, even more like all family members) , so is there any way to accomplish this with leave allocation and leave application?

If you are insistent on maintaining it via leaves, then create a separate leave type for it and use it.
but separate leave type doesn’t give any statistics about how many tickets remain for you!! any other suggestion

Look at the Leave Balance Report. Why wouldn’t that work?

bcuz its separated leave type what if I want Casual Leave with ticket ?
Create more granular leave types then.
