Outstanding Balance in fees (Education Domain) is showing the total amount instead of the balance after re-login

After payment of fees is made from the payment entry, the outstanding balance shows the total amount instead of the balance after re-login (From payment entry and fees). Other users do not see the outstanding balance too. Because of this, it is difficult finding the outstanding balance of students after they make payment.
