I want to transfer my hard copy data onto the ERPnext system, specifically which entails me me filling in my opening balance of my current stock, is there an easier way to do this, like say using a custom field in the Item forms to directly update the opening qty (for the following day) that can immediately be viewed in the stock balance report.
I already know of the stock balance report that allows for opening stock, closing stock to be viewed on each day. i Just want to add one off functionality that will make it easier to introduce my stock into the system while am defining my item.
