Notification Sounds and icon number / color not showing

I remember in the old days there was a notification sound when something gets assigned to someone but I cannot see it now…

is there any way to do this easily? and show the assigned docs in the notifications area instead of open documents or add something to show it there?

Looks like it is depreciated but it is a useful feature.

One of my client is asking for the same for browser and mobile app too.
