Notification by mail for child table docTypes

Dears,
I hope all of you are well.

I am wondering if I can make notification depending on a doc field in a child table.

As an Example :
If I added a child table for Employee to add relatives and in this table I will keep the birth date for every one how can I make notification using the birth date ?
