Notification bell does not notify after submit

Hi, I have an issue regarding notification. When I submit receipt, I can hear the sound of notification but it does not appear on the bell icon. Can anyone help me in it?

To sho on bill icon
you go to Settings > notification and create a new notification and be sure to choose System Notificatoin

I have done the same. I can have that notification and bell rang but it does not appear on the bell icon. Please help me out

be sure that your login ad administrator account which created when installing ERPNext
not role system manager
or choose the current role you are login now
