There is an error in one company. When I am trying to add child under the company in chart of accounts, there is no option for ADD CHILD. I am also sharing an Image for reference. How can we resolve the issue?
do you have a parent company for this company? if yes, you need to select allow account creation against child company.
it this isn’t the case; try to refresh with Ctrl + shift + R. this usually resolves the issue for me as its a cache issue sometimes.
Yes, this company has a parent company. I hace cleared the cache but nothing happened.
From where, we can select allow account creation against child company.
And one more thing, there is a parent company, in which ADD CHILD is not showing. Please look into the image below:-
go to company settings and select “Allow Account Creation Against Child Company”
Could you please explain with images because I did not get the “Allow Account Creation Against Child Company” in company.
