Not able to restore site from backup

Getting this error message on trying to restore my database. Backup was done yesterday. The site shows status as broken. Using frappe cloud for hosting.

Best thing to do would be to open a ticket on frappe cloud. It’s unlikely anybody here would be able to help you since you don’t have access to the backend.

Is there any setting inside of erpnext that i must have enabled? Which would cause the above error?
