Newsletter outgoing email account

Hi, it is possible to set up a different e-mail account to the default outgoing account for newsletters

Hi @wale, I still in v13, but i see in v15, and in v15 there are no changes.

It shouldn’t be too complicated, we should directly make the request in github.
