[New Feature Request]: Replying to an Email should update the comments of that document as well

Hi,

When we assign a task to a user or mention the name of the user in the comments with @ sign then an email is sent to the user generally this is where erpnext ceases to exist since the user would generally reply to the email and that’s it the email is received by the sender and the discussion becomes a private discussion.

Now, I would like to know if first of all its possible to have a feature wherein if the user replies to an email sent from the erpnext system the message goes to the original poster but is also received in the system against that document so that the full conversation is maintained inside the erpnext system instead of outside the system.

Also if this is a feature would any other members want to have in the erpnext.

We should have a feature something like Email Dropbox. ERPNext generates unique email address for each document. User can cc to that email adress so that you can view the replies in the comments section.

That may help you a bit.
