Need to restrict users from creating new quotation, invoice, purchase order

hi,

i need to restrict user from creating new quotation, invoice and purchase order.

All should be created thru standard workflow. ( i.e. create opportunity → Quotation → Sales Order → Invoice )

the user should not be able to create any quotation with creating the opportunity.

I am using V5.

pls help.

You can make Sales Order mandatory via Selling Settings/

I don’t think the Opportunity and Quotation can be made mandatory right now.
