Naming Series is not applying for Patient Doc Type

Friends, I could not see default or changed naming series for Patient, though I am following for Healthcare Practitioner. I changed the naming series option in customize the form and set the option in naming series too. Is there any more setting as I followed the instruction and worked changed series perfectly for

In healthcare settings you should change patient naming by to naming series.

Same applies to items and Customer as well.
